Kill For Mother

Aim at a target within several blocks to hunt them, with Pamela's voice calling you on, for several seconds. They are outlined in red for you, cannot fly or grapple, deal 20% less damage to you and take 5% more from you. Their name, health and bleed show beside your speed bar. Pressing with nothing in your sights does nothing and costs no cooldown.
