Rule of Two

A second Ghostface appears behind the victim you are aiming at and stabs them: some damage, a bleed for a few seconds, their view dragged round to him, and locked in place for a few seconds while he stalks them. Press again within several seconds to trade places with him. If nobody is aimed at, only a quarter of the cooldown is spent.
