Prank Call

Ring every player within many blocks. For several seconds each one is Hunted, taking 10% more damage from everyone and more while they are not looking at you, and confused, while a phone only they can hear keeps ringing and the line asks them their favorite scary movie. You see them outlined through walls. If nobody picks up, only a quarter of the cooldown is spent.
