Achilles Slash

A second Ghostface rises from the smoke behind the victim you are aiming at (aiming at nobody, the nearest enemy on the ground), crouches low and slashes their ankles: slowed and grounded as he arrives, then some damage and a bleed for a few seconds. If nobody is near, only a quarter of the cooldown is spent.
