Lightning Shards can be obtained by trading Cosmic Debris, Souls, Enchanted Golden Apples, Netherite Ingots, Rabbit Feet, Electrolytic Solution, Ender Dragon Heads, or Nether Stars with Old Man Flash in the Speedforce.

Shard Instability

Lightning Shards are inherently unstable items, deteriorating into Raw Thunder-Infused Rocks after a short period outside the Speedforce.
