Enhanced Reflexes

Using your immense speed, you slow time around you, stunning enemies as long as you keep continuously moving.

Movement Requirement: You must be moving for the stunning effect. Standing still or moving too slow will not affect enemies.

Enemy Effects: Affected enemies receive the Speed Stun status effect.

Cooldown Mechanics: When active, this ability's cooldown always decreases normally. Other abilities' cooldowns tick down at 1/5th the speed but active abilities continue to tick down.
