Heartbreaker

Heartbreaker is an ultimate press ability that requires a target. On press, it immobilizes the target, then dashes you toward them, teleports behind them, and deals damage with bleed and slowness. Both you and the target are locked in place and forced to look at each other for a short time after the strike.
